Security

Security is a significant issue for SBA, particularly because student information is entrusted to us by the parents of SBA Students. Therefore, it is critical that ALL SBA staff have a Mindset/Attitude/Culture of carefully managing passwords, access and devices that contain or access student information.

Passwords

Passwords should be changed a minimum of once per year for FACTS SIS, computer, and email accounts. The beginning of a new school or calendar year is a good time (FACTS SIS requires password changes approximately annually at time of login).

How to change passwords for:
