Apple Account
iPhone/iPad Passcode - all staff using FACTS SIS (RenWeb) on their iPhone or iPad are required to maintain a Passcode to access their device (includes thumb and face recognition).
Tap the “Settings” icon
Tap on "Passcode"
Enter your current passcode
Near the top, tap on “Change Passcode” (note that there is an option to “Turn Passcode ON/OFF” at the top of the page)
Type in your new Passcode--twice to verify
To Change the lock-out time, tap on “Require Passcode” to see/set desired time, then tap the left arrow Password lock at the top left of the pane to return

Apple IDs - both Apple OSX and iOS operating systems use the Apple App Store to load software and applications. This process requires an Apple ID. SBA requires that an Apple ID that uses the SBA email address (i.e. jsmith@silverdaleba.org) be used on all SBA equipment.
How to change your Apple ID Password on iPhone and iPadTap the “settings” icon
Tap the “iTunes and App Store” tab
Tap on your Apple ID: (user info at the top of the viewing pane)
Tap on “View Apple ID”
If you are NOT automatically signed in, you may have to type in your Apple ID password
On the Account settings pane, tap on your Apple ID at the top
It will take you to a new pane where you can set a new password
Tape “Done” in the upper right corner a couple of times to return to Settings
How to change your email password on iPhone and iPad
Tap "Gmail"
Click on the menu button (three lines)
Tap on your “Account” with the email address at the top of the SBA Gmail pane
This will open a new tab. Click on "Security"
Click "Password"
Enter your current password, then enter your new password twice
Tap “done” to save the change, then tap “done” again to complete
