FACTS SIS (RenWeb 1)
Policy - FACTS SIS (formerly RenWeb 1) is our primary system for electronically recording grades. In addition, it contains links to comprehensive student and class data, plus links to curriculum details, reports, and communication with students and parents. For these reasons, FACTS SIS must be treated as confidential, with the utmost care and security.
As with all other password, NEVER give out your FACTS SIS password
FACTS SIS should NEVER be left open on your computer unattended.
When leaving your desk area, activate your locked screensaver or log out of FACTS SIS
Always minimize the FACTS SIS window or web page when students are close at hand
Since most iPads are set to auto-login (“Keep me signed in”) for the FACTS SIS app, never leave your iPad unattended
