Policies and Procedures

SBA Policies and Procedures - All SBA Policies and Procedures must be kept on file with the HOS Office and updated any time changes are made.  Below is a complete list of all current Policies and Procedures, who owns them and their last date of update.

Policies = WHY we do what we do and what you could get disciplined for if you do NOT follow them.
Procedures = HOW we do what we do to keep information and processes consistent across the organization.


Handbooks - Historically, SBA has had scaled down versions of fully policy documents included our Handbooks.  For that reason, all current Handbooks are listed to the right here.  Policies and Procedures that are NOT listed in our Handbooks are listed below.

Update Process - Use the SBA Policy or Procedure Template, submit update to the Policy and Procedure Manager, HOS reviews and approves, published update appears below.
