Google Classroom

Google Classroom is a great tool for managing assignments and documenting the conversation a teacher has with their students. SBA has this setup on the SBAConnect.org Google Domain.  Just login to your SBAConnect.org account and go to the URL below. Google Classroom will recognize you and allow you to immediately start setting up classes.

Teacher Support on Google Classroom

Google Classroom is a powerful set of integrated applications that allows teachers to create a virtual classroom environment to disseminate lessons, assignments, due dates, general class instructions, attachments, a discussion “stream” page, etc.  All of these items can be copied from one class section to others, and due dates can be edited for each section.  Students can collaborate when authorized (See Communicate with your class in the list below), and can respond to surveys, “Stream” with each other, submit papers and assignments and contact teachers from within Classroom.

Your fellow “Classroom-savvy” teachers can be a resource help to set up your classroom. For a wealth of specific help topics, visit Google’s Classroom Help Page.

Here is a list of the major topics on the Help Page.  Each major topic expands to a submenu of additional items with links to web pages with specific help.  The Explore Classroom  Heading is expanded below as an example:
