FACTS SIS - iOS (Mobile)
FACTS has been migrating to a browser based access to their platform (Chrome, Firefox and Safari) for some time and moving away from the individual iOS apps. This has a number of benefits for SBA (consistency in user experience, access to ALL platform features, etc.) and below you will find the instructions and best practices for using FACTS SIS from your mobile device.
Please Note: Although the iOS Apps are still available, we recommend transitioning to using the browser version
immediately (recommended - Chrome browser).

Faculty and Staff (FACTS SIS)
Using FACTS SIS on your mobile device (iPad and iPhone).
Installing the Chrome Browser
Open the App Store app on your mobile device
Touch the search icon and type "Chrome"
Touch "install" then enter your Apple ID and Password
Using FACTS SIS
Open the Chrome Browser App
Enter the URL - www.FACTSmgt.com -> School Log In -> SIS
Add this page to your bookmarks
Touch the "arrow going out of box" icon and select bookmark
Save your password to Chrome in order to speed entry (only if your devices is set to use a screen lock, thumb print lock or facial recognition)
Tips and Tricks (best practices) :
Turn off Popup Blocker
Sync your iOS version of Chrome with your desktop
Add it to your desktop Chrome bookmarks and sync
Create other links to specific pages (i.e. Classroom, Medical, etc.)
Creating icon on iPad/iPhone (Safari only)
Open the Safari browser
Browse to www.FACTSmgt.com -> School Log In -> SIS
Tap the Arrow from Box icon
Scroll and tap on "Add to Home Screen"
Parents and Students (FACTS Family Portal)
We recommend the Chrome browser, however, it will work in all current browsers.

Touch "LOG IN" in top right of screen and select "ParentsWeb Login"
Add this page to your bookmarks

ATTENTION - As of April 15, 2019 we recommend all SBA Staff to STOP using RenWeb iOS Apps and instead begin using FACTS SIS in the Chrome Browser on your mobile device (iPhone or iPad). Please see above for instructions.
