ScanSnap Manager - a scanner for each person

• Launch 

  • Open up the scanner lid (bottom tray depending on scan materials)

  • Left Click on the icon to select the Scan Profile - normal setup includes

    • Scan to Google Drive (PDF)

    • Scan to Folder (PDF)

    • Pictures (JPG)

• Icon in the Dock 

  • Grey means the scanner is closed

  • Blue and Green means the scanner is active

• Scan to Google Drive

  • Left Click the icon

  • Select "Scan to Google Drive"

  • Name the file

  • Open Google Drive and file from the root of Google Drive

• Scan to Folder

  • Left Click the icon

  • Select "Scan to Folder"

  • Name the file

  • Open Google Drive and file from the root of Google Drive

• Pictures

  • Left Click the icon

  • Select "Scan to Google Drive"

  • Name the file

  • Open Google Drive and file from the root of Google Drive
