ScanSnap Cloud - 1 scanner for a group

• This app is used for the one time programming of the scanner.  Then the scanner connects via WiFi.

  • Open up the scanner lid (bottom tray depending on scan materials)

  • "Scan" button should be both blue and purple

  • Insert document "head first, face down"

  • Press the "Scan" button

  • Once the document has finished, wait 10-15 seconds before scanning the next item.

• Scans appear in Google Drive - below is the default setup (your configuration may be different depending on the departmental strategy)

  • Documents - show up in the root "ScanSnap" folder 

  • Photos - show up in the "Photos" folder

  • Receipts - show up in the "Receipts" folder

  • Business Cards - show up in the "Cards" folder
