Zoom Phones
Zoom phones are Voice Over IP (VoIP) phones (Standard Desk Phones). They operate just like SBA Phones always have (same extensions, same basic functions).

You no longer need to dial 9! - just dial the 7 or 10 digit number like your cell phone
Phone Navigation - press the Home button to the right of the Navigation Dial to see options
Voice mail to Email – an audio COPY of voicemail is emailed to you AND the text of the message

Making a Call
Pick up phone or press Speaker
Outbound - dial 7 or 10 digit
Internal - dial 4 digit extension
Note - You do NOT need to dial 9 for an outside line any longer.
Transferring a Call
Make or receive call
Press Transfer key
Dial extension (4 digit) or outside number (7 or 10 digit)
Press Send....Hang up
Getting Voice Mail
Press Voicemail Button
Select Message Center
Select New
Press Connect
PIN number - last 4 of your cell
2 to save msg
3 to delete msg
4 to play again
5 to skip to next msg
6 to forward VM msg

Navigation Dial - large round
Voicemail - real to real icon
Hold - handset with pause icon
Transfer - handset to handset icon
Volume - tall + and - icon
Speaker Phone - speaker icon
Mute - mic with line through it
Do Not Disturb
Press More soft button (under display)
Press DND soft button
Personal/Vacation Msg
Step 1 - Login to Voicemail
Press Voicemail Button
Select Message Center
Press Connect
PIN number - last 4 of your cell
Step 2 - Record greeting
Press 2 - to record
Save Greeting
Conference Calling
Make or receive 1st call
Press More (soft button)
Press Confrnc (soft button)
Make 2nd call - ext or outside
Press Confrnc (soft button) once answered
Putting Calls on Hold
Answer Call
Press Hold button
Press Hold button again to return
Change Voicemail PIN
Open a web browser, go to www.zoom.us and click Sign In
On the left click Phone
Click the Settings tab
Scroll down to Desk Phone section
Click on the Show to see PIN
Change number and click save
Phone Screens - Pages
Each set of buttons displayed is a screen - Move between screens with the three dot icon (...)
Each screen allows you to have another complete set of new buttons
Pages are added automatically once you have filled the first page.
Press and hold the three dot icon (...) for more options.
Programming Buttons
Many Poly instructions call these buttons "Speed Dials"
Open a web browser, go to www.zoom.us and click Sign In
On the left click Phone
Click the Settings tab
Scroll down to Desk Phone section
Find Keys & Positions, click Edit
DO NOT CHANGE FIRST KEY
Change Keys as needed by clicking "Manage Key" at the top.
BLF = other extensions
Speed Dial = outside line
Scroll down and click Save
Note: Each screen starts at a diff line
- Lower Screen 1 - starts at line 9
- Lower Screen 2 - starts at line 15
- Expansion 1 (Recp) - starts line 21
- Expansion 2 (Recp) - starts line 43
- Expansion 3 (Recp) - starts line 65
