Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor  Authentication or MFA (Google calls is "2-Step Verification") is used to securely confirm it is only you accessing your SBA Gmail account.  This is typically done through a 6-digit code texted to your cell phone. 

The instructions below show you how to set this up and its use is required by all SBA Staff as of 10/30/2022.

Once complete, you may now close out of any new windows or tabs that were opened during this process.  The first time you log in using your Gmail account (new browser, new phone, etc.) you will be prompted to enter the 6-digit code you receive as a text from Google to verify who you are.

After adding MFA to your Gmail account your iPhone or iPad may have the error "Enter the password for the Exchange account...." when your email is open.
